Wasps Announcement

We would like to share some good news. In the recent months, our Senior Management team have been working hard both within the operational team and with our business IT and finance systems.

We are pleased to announce that:

• Amy Thompson is now Operations Director
• Hayley Ogden-Lackey is now Finance Director
• Josette Froehling is Operations Manager
• Grace Ogden is Credit Control and Finance Manager

With these changes Amy and Hayley will be taking a more strategic stance within the business guided by both Directors Cath & Sandra who are remaining as Joint Chief Executives within the business with the view to expanding our portfolio of business as the opportunity arises.

During the summer Josette has been interviewing and we hope to see some new recruits within Wasps settings.

We have also had some long-term employees move onto either further education or fulltime employment and we wish them well with their future careers. We would especially like to congratulate Cath Kinsey who has been with Wasps for many years and has successfully secured a position within Early Years in Teaching at University and Sara-Jayne Ogden who has moved to work within the NHS at Halton Hospital to further her career within nursing. We wish all well in the new pastures.

Our next adventure opens in September 2017 at Sophia Drive near Barrow Hall school as a Wasps Pre-school Academy for children aged between 2-4 years. Josette Froehling and Nic McCarthy have been working hard to set the plans in motion and will work together on this project. We thank them both for their commitment to this new Wasps Academy.
